Return Policy

Shop at West will accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase or fulfillment from your delivery date if your order was shipped. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed, with ALL tags still attached, or will be subject to denial. Items must be clean (no smoke smell, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, etc on items)

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Store credit never expires and will be issued once your return is received. We do not refund to the original form of payment. 

Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges: 

  • Any SALE items
  • FINAL sale items
  • Flash Sale Items  
  • Items that have been worn
  • Items without tags
  • Items with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke smell, etc,
  • All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses & Handbags)   

Shop at West is not responsible for any damages made when opening your packages with sharp objects.

My goal is to offer small quantities and have new items arriving daily; so, need to keep inventory up to date.  Thank you for understanding. 

There will be NO Exceptions to this policy.
